Fees are $300 for an initial assessment and $150 for follow up appointments. 

I am currently in network with Aetna (including State Health Plan) and BCBS.

Questions to ask your insurance company:

• Do I have to meet a deductible before my insurance covers visits?
• If so, how much is my deductible?
• How much is my copay or coinsurance?
• Does my insurance cover telehealth visits?

For those with other insurance plans, I can see you on an out of network basis.

For those without insurance, I offer sliding scale payments. No documentation is required. This is a trust based system.
