The standard fee for an initial assessment is $300, and the standard fee for a follow-up medication management visit is $150. A same-day payment discount is available, reducing the self-pay fee to $200 for an initial assessment and $100 for a follow-up visit when payment is made on the day of your appointment.

I am currently in network with Aetna (including State Health Plan) and BCBS.

Questions to ask your insurance company:

• Do I have to meet a deductible before my insurance covers visits?
• If so, how much is my deductible?
• How much is my copay or coinsurance?
• Does my insurance cover telehealth visits?

For those with other insurance plans, I can see you on an out of network basis.
